DRAINBO Drain and Grease Trap Treatment is a biological drain treatment designed specifically to reduce or eliminate Fats, Oils & Grease (FOG) accumulation as well as fouling odor. Digestion is natures method of removing organics, and this is the same method used by waste water treatment plants today. In fact we use a lot of the same strains of bacillus bacteria in our digestants.
Once applied to the system, the biological workers multiply rapidly producing a film of safe grease-digesting bacterial cultures. These cultures work to clean and maintain drain lines and improve the efficiency of the grease trap system and more importantly, they continue to work in the pipes leaving the trap, preventing stoppages down stream.
High rise condominiums, restaurants, hotels and hospitals can simply dispense Drainbo automatically through devices we refer to as metering units. These devices can be purchased through Drainbo and operate off either batteries or low voltage power cords in the metering unit kit.
